Studio session
$150
session fee (+ tax)
- $100 per retouched image (+ tax).
- Up to 60 minutes, unlimited outfits.
- Light Mode, Dark Mode or Maverick Mode.
- Only need one finished headshot? It works out to $250 (+tax).
Team headshots
$195
per person (+ tax)
- One retouched image per team member.
- Extra images available for $100 (+tax) each.
- On-site setup $375, plus travel and accommodations if outside the region.
- Example: A team of 10 photographed at your office is $2,325 + tax ("$195x10" + $375).

How paying for this works
How and when do I pay?

For an Individual Session: You pay the $150 session fee on my booking calendar, which holds your date. Retouching is invoiced after you have chosen images from your proofing gallery (either together, in-person, or if you'd like to take some time to think on it), at $100 per image.
Team Pricing: Quotes are signed off on prior to the project, and a 50% deposit is required to lock in your team's shoot date (or dates). A "Team Project" gets one invoice billed to the company rather than each individual team member.
Does the session fee come off the images?

No. The session fee covers our time working together during the hour, the direction and the proofing gallery. Retouched images are priced separately, so you only have to pay for the photos you actually want.
I'm busy and only have 15 to 20 minutes, do you need me for the full hour?

No, you do not need a full hour to get a killer headshot!
I offer up to an hour for anyone who needs it or who wants to try different wardrobe choices, however most clients can easily be in and out within 15-20 minutes.
What if I do not love any of the photos?

Then you do not pay for the session.
Tell me, and the session fee comes back in full.
No lame sales tactics, no funny business.
What happens if someone cannot make it?

I get it, life can happen and emergencies don't follow any schedule.
For individual sessions, please let me know via e-mail or text and we will move your session.
For teams, anyone who misses their slot can be photographed at the next visit or in my studio, at the same per-person rate.
Do you charge for travel?

I do not charge for travel inside the Edmonton region.
The $375 on-site setup covers bringing the studio to your office anywhere in the region.
Outside of the local service area, travel and accommodation will be factored in during our conversation and added to the quote.
Are the figures plus tax?

Yes.
Every project gets Alberta's standard 5% GST added on top of the invoice total.
